Both countries have a deadline of 31 months in which to file a national phase patent application from a PCT patent application. Both countries also have a 6 month convention deadline in which to claim priority from a trademark or industrial design application.
Our charges are as follows (in Australian dollars, and inclusive of government fees):
- Entering the national phase in Australia from a PCT application: $1540.00
- Filing an Australian trademark application in a single class: $540.00
- Filing an Australian design application where drawings are supplied: $720.00
