Basic filing requirements:

                   1.  PCT application number   
                   2.  Name and address of Applicant(s),
                   3.  For PCT applications not in English, a verified translation of the specification                              and any amendments made during the International Phase
                   4.  Inventor details (including nationality)
                   5.  Information detailing Applicant's entitlement to the invention
