Churchill Attorneys can file an application for design registration on behalf of your client without a Power of Attorney.  You need only provide us with information to satisfy the following filing requirements (see below).

                                1.  Applicant name, address and nationality (or country of incorporation)
                                2.  Five sets of representations (preferably line drawings)
                                3.  Description of the article to which the design is applied
                                4.  Statement as to the novelty of the design                                           5.  Title of the application
                                6.  Certified copy of the Convention priority document, with translation if necessary.
                                7.  Author name and address
                                8.  Information detailing Applicant's entitlement to the design
